4.     High budget businesses can go for any of the Above options as they all have equal levels of surprises to satisfy any of your needs.

The point here is very clear, you can go for any type of website, the budget is always decided upon the needs of the client and there is no fix criteria for the same. A good simple website can cost you from Rs 5k ($100) to any extent depending on your need.
